Michael Jäger

About the event

Michael Jäger's NRW dates reach the Centrum Westende in Duisburg in April 2027, where the comedian presents his new stand-up programme Unfallkind. Alsdorf and Essen are the other stops.

Jäger spent 20 years living abroad and has played comedy in more than 20 countries. He describes his childhood as chaos and left for distant places while still very young; studies, travel and a long list of jobs filled the years that followed, and he has been performing internationally for the past ten years.

The show is put together the way he is: unvarnished. It works through unspoken truths and absurd everyday moments, told warmly, honestly, directly and with a fair share of coarse humour.
