About Sarah Hakenberg

Sarah Hakenberg, born in Cologne in 1978, is a songwriter and satirical cabaret artist. After studying theatre studies, modern German literature and philosophy she came to cabaret by way of the poetry slam circuit, winning the WDR Poetry Slam in 2008. She has accompanied her own songs on piano and ukulele ever since.
