About
Band of Horses are an American indie rock band formed in Seattle, Washington in 2004 by singer-guitarist Ben Bridwell, who remains the group's only continuous member. Before recording their second album, Bridwell moved the band to his native South Carolina; they are now based in Charleston. Their debut album, Everything All the Time (2006), includes the song "The Funeral," which has been widely used in film, television, and advertising, while 2010's Infinite Arms earned the band a Grammy nomination for Best Alternative Music Album. For the debut's 20th anniversary in 2026, Sub Pop issued an expanded reissue, and the band marked it with a tour on which they played the album in full.
