About
Bloody Civilian is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and producer signed to 0207 Def Jam, the UK arm of Def Jam Recordings. She made beats for others before stepping forward as an artist, and her debut single “How To Kill A Man” introduced her storytelling-driven songwriting. Wider attention came with “Wake Up”, a collaboration with Rema for the soundtrack of “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever”. Her label describes her as genre-defying, drawing on her West African heritage as well as on artists such as Frank Ocean, Kid Cudi and Tame Impala.
