Bülent Ersoy (born 1952) is a Turkish singer, actress and media personality, regarded as one of the most popular voices of Turkish classical music. Affectionately called "Diva" by her fans, she has released more than thirty albums over her long career. Her famous hits include "Geceler", "Maazallah", "Beddua" and "Sefam Olsun". She is also an enduring icon of the LGBTQ+ community in Turkey, and her concerts draw large audiences in Germany as well.
