Crucchi Gang is a musical project founded in 2020 by singer Francesco Wilking (of Die Höchste Eisenbahn) together with music manager Charlotte Goltermann and Sven Regener. Its concept is to translate well-known German-language pop and indie songs into Italian and record them anew. The recordings feature a rotating cast of guest artists from the German music scene, including Von Wegen Lisbeth, Clueso and Tocotronic. The name plays on the Italian slur "crucchi" for Germans. After a self-titled debut album in 2020, the group released its second album, "Fellini," in 2023.
