About
Die Tödin is a darkwave project from Gelsenkirchen that emerged from the German underground. Its music combines goth, dark electro, post-punk and black metal elements with cold synthesizers and stark rhythms. The songs are sung in both German and English and deal with melancholy, decay and the absurdity of modern life. The project first appeared through a series of standalone singles that quickly sold out, followed by the compilation "Selected Singles" (2024) and the album "Diejenige, die in die Tiefe sah". Releases appear among others via the label Heartworm Press.
