About

Dritte Wahl is a punk band from Rostock whose roots go back to the final years of East Germany. The band plays German-language punk with clear metal influences and is known for blunt, politically left-wing lyrics. Its songs repeatedly take on social issues, including the racist riots in Rostock-Lichtenhagen. Its albums include Geblitzdingst, 10, 3D and Urlaub in der Bredouille.
