Erobique is the stage name of German musician, composer and entertainer Carsten Meyer, born on 11 July 1972 in Saerbeck, Westphalia. A Hamburg-based keyboardist, he first gained recognition as a member of the electronic act International Pony and is celebrated for his energetic, improvised live performances. He composed the music for the acclaimed TV series Der Tatortreiniger and has released solo albums on labels such as Deck8 and Staatsakt. Styled as a self-proclaimed disco punk, he thrills dancers of all generations with his unconventional sound.
