Free Throw is an American emo and pop-punk band formed in 2012 in Nashville, Tennessee. Their energetic sound pairs melodic guitar work with candid lyrics about addiction, relationships and personal struggle. The lineup features Cory Castro (vocals), Lawrence Warner and Jake Hughes (guitars), Justin Castro (bass) and Zach Hall (drums). Their best-known records include "Those Days Are Gone" (2014), "Bear Your Mind" (2017) and "Lessons That We Swear to Keep" (2023). The band tours regularly across Europe, including shows in Germany.
