Gum Bleed is a punk rock band formed in Beijing in 2006 and one of the best-known acts of the Chinese punk scene. Their sound blends hardcore punk and Oi with elements of thrash metal and folk rock, driven by politically aware, metaphorical lyrics. After the albums Balefire Juvenile (2009) and City of the Heroes (2015), they released Punx Save the Human Race. Through frequent European and domestic tours they have shared the stage with bands such as DRI, DOA and The Casualties.
