Hayley Williams, born in 1988, is an American singer and songwriter, best known as the lead vocalist and a principal songwriter of the rock band Paramore. She has fronted the band since its formation in the mid-2000s, becoming one of the most recognizable voices in pop-punk and alternative rock. Alongside her work with Paramore she has released solo material, including the albums "Petals for Armor" and "Flowers for Vases / Descansos." Her singing and songwriting have been widely praised throughout her career.
