About
KATSEYE is a multinational girl group based in Los Angeles, formed in 2024 through the global survival show "The Debut: Dream Academy", a joint project of HYBE and Geffen Records. The group consists of six members: Daniela Avanzini, Lara Raj, Manon Bannerman, Megan Skiendiel, Sophia Laforteza and Yoonchae Jeung. With members hailing from the Philippines, South Korea, Switzerland and the United States, KATSEYE is often described as a "global girl group". The project is regarded as one of the first major music ventures developed entirely by a Korean entertainment company together with a major Western label. The group made its official debut in 2024.
