About

kiana rezvani is an artist, choreographer and researcher based in Berlin, born in western Iran in 1992. They studied Dance, Context, Choreography at the Inter-University Centre for Dance (HZT) at the Berlin University of the Arts. Their choreographic and performative formats combine dance, text, video and voice, and are shown in theatres, galleries and in independent and community-based project spaces. The work engages with forgotten, untold and suppressed histories, weaving personal and collective memory together and questioning colonial and imperial legacies. In 2026 rezvani holds a fellowship at Akademie Schloss Solitude.
