Lance Butters is a German rapper from Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance, born on 27 August 1988. He rose to prominence in the early 2010s through the online Video Battle Tournament (VBT). His trademark is a mask that covers his face and conceals his identity. His debut album Blaow (2015) reached number 2 on the German charts, followed by Angst in 2018. His style blends trap with modern German-language rap.
