Lil Jon is an American rapper, producer and DJ from Atlanta, Georgia. He rose to prominence as a member of the group Lil Jon & The East Side Boyz and became one of the central figures of the crunk movement in Southern hip-hop. His production style helped define the sound of early-2000s club rap, and he is widely known for the hit single "Get Low." Beyond his own records he has produced and appeared on numerous tracks for other artists.
