The Pasadena Roof Orchestra is a British ensemble founded in 1969 in London by John Arthy, dedicated to the jazz and swing music of the 1920s and 1930s. Its repertoire is built on original arrangements from that era, which Arthy discovered in Manchester. The band turned professional in 1975 and enjoyed particular success in Germany through extensive touring. Since 1997 it has been led by bandleader Duncan Galloway, who took over after Arthy's retirement. Over the years the orchestra has collaborated with artists such as Robbie Williams and Bryan Ferry.
