Phoebe Bridgers is an American singer, songwriter and record producer, born on 17 August 1994. Her indie folk music is built around acoustic guitar and electronic textures, often with melancholic, confessional lyrics. She released her debut solo album, Stranger in the Alps, in 2017, followed by the acclaimed Punisher in 2020, and is also a member of the trio boygenius alongside Julien Baker and Lucy Dacus. She has been featured on recordings with artists such as Taylor Swift, The 1975 and SZA, and has won four Grammy Awards from eleven nominations.
