re6ce is the stage name of Reece Downes (born July 21, 2005), a British singer, songwriter, rapper and record producer from Liverpool. He started making music in 2021 after discovering the SoundCloud/hyperpop scene, releasing his first song on streaming services in March 2021. Singles such as "vampire" and "teeth (you)", which gained traction mainly through TikTok, brought him millions of streams and a growing audience. His style is often described as hyperpop, though he calls it his own blend of drum-and-bass-influenced pop music. He has performed alongside artists such as glaive and ericdoa.
