Rebels with a Cause is a tribute band from Ruppichteroth, Germany, dedicated to the music of the American band Dropkick Murphys. With a lineup of around nine musicians, they bring the group's signature blend of punk rock, Irish folk and rock, complete with bagpipes, authentically to the stage. After their debut in 2023 and first larger public performances in 2024, the band broke through in 2025 with club and festival shows, including appearances at Kärbholz Heimspiel and Rock bei Kurt. A highlight came in 2025 with their performance at the Monsters of Tribute festival, where they were singled out by the press as one of the event's standout acts.
