Richie Arndt, born Heinrich Richard Arndt in Bielefeld in 1958, is a German blues and rock musician. He studied music education and completed the popular music programme at the Hamburg University of Music and Theatre. From 1995 he made a name for himself on the German blues scene with his band Bluenatics, and in 2007 he launched "Rorymania", a project devoted to Rory Gallagher's songs. A multiple German Blues Award winner, he hosts his annual "Winterblues" concert series with guest musicians.
