About
Rising Insane is a German metalcore band from the eastern Oldenburger Land region of Lower Saxony, formed in 2012. In 2013, bassist Ulf Hedenkamp helped launch the Springsane Festival, which has since moved to Oldenburg. The band released its debut album, Nation, in 2017, and in 2018 supported Annisokay on a tour of Germany and Austria. In 2019 it won the jury prize of the Impericon Next Generation contest and performed at the Impericon Festival in Leipzig. Later that year it released its second album, Porcelain, on Long Branch Records.
