Ryan Leslie (born September 25, 1978 in Washington, D.C.) is an American singer, songwriter, record producer and multi-instrumentalist. A Harvard graduate, he founded the media company NextSelection Lifestyle Group and produced singles for artists such as Cassie, Keri Hilson and Fabolous. He released his self-titled debut album in 2009, followed the same year by Transition. Beyond music he also works as a technology entrepreneur, building direct-to-fan platforms for artists.
