Sfera Ebbasta, whose real name is Gionata Boschetti (born 1992 near Milan), is an Italian rapper and one of the leading pioneers of Italian trap music. He rose to prominence in 2015 with XDVR, an album recorded with producer Charlie Charles and DEACC that became a commercial success in Italy. That success continued with the albums Sfera Ebbasta (2016), Rockstar (2018) and Famoso (2020). He was the best-selling artist in Italy of the 2010s and holds the record for the most number-one songs in the country.
