SiM (short for Silence iz Mine) are a Japanese band from Kanagawa Prefecture, formed in 2004, who describe themselves as 'Reggae PUNX from Japan'. Their sound blends reggae, punk, ska, dub and metal into a high-energy mix with rebellious, mostly English-language lyrics. The lineup consists of MAH (vocals), SHOW-HATE (guitar), SIN (bass) and GODRi (drums). The band broke through internationally in 2022 with the single 'The Rumbling', the opening theme of Attack on Titan: The Final Season Part 2, which hit No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs chart. Known for their ferocious live shows, they tour regularly beyond Japan.
