About
Son Mieux is a Dutch indie pop band from The Hague, founded in 2015 as a solo project by singer and guitarist Camiel Meiresonne. The group has since grown into a seven-piece ensemble that blends indie pop and indie rock with electronic elements, brass and strings. Their debut album "Faire de Son Mieux" (2019) entered the Dutch Album Top 100, followed by the album "The Mustard Seed". The band's breakthrough came in 2022 with the single "Multicolor", which became a major radio hit in the Netherlands and earned them an Edison Award. Son Mieux also served as the house band for the Dutch TV show Studio Tokio during the 2021 Olympics coverage.
