Strung Out is an American melodic hardcore and punk rock band formed in 1991 in Simi Valley, California. The group blends melodic punk with heavy metal influences and was among the first acts signed to the label Fat Wreck Chords. Vocalist Jason Cruz and guitarist Rob Ramos have shaped the band's sound across three decades. Strung Out has released ten studio albums, most recently "Dead Rebellion" in 2024. The band continues to tour internationally, including shows in Germany.
