The Suicide Machines are a ska punk band formed in Detroit, Michigan, in 1991, blending punk rock, ska, and hardcore. Led by longtime vocalist Jason Navarro, the group gained national attention with their debut album "Destruction by Definition" (1996) during the mid-1990s punk revival. After breaking up from 2006 to 2009, they reunited and released "Revolution Spring" on Fat Wreck Chords in 2020. They are known for high-energy live shows and politically charged lyrics.
