The Damn Truth are a Canadian hard rock band from Montreal, Quebec, fronted by singer and rhythm guitarist Lee-La Baum alongside lead guitarist Tom Schemer, bassist Pierre-Yves Letellier and drummer Dave Traina. After their independently released debut "Dear in the Headlights" (2012), they put out "Devilish Folk" (2016) and "Now or Nowhere" (2021), the latter made with producers including Bob Rock. In 2018 the band toured internationally as an opening act for ZZ Top. Their self-titled 2025 album, also produced by Bob Rock, earned a Juno Award nomination for Rock Album of the Year at the 2026 Juno Awards.
