The Wailers are a Jamaican reggae band rooted in the legendary lineage of Bob Marley & The Wailers, the group that helped bring reggae to a global audience. For decades the band was anchored by bassist Aston "Family Man" Barrett, whose rhythm work was foundational to its sound. Following Bob Marley's death in 1981, the band continued as a touring act, keeping the reggae legacy alive around the world. They remain active on the international stage, performing classics such as "One Love" and "Get Up, Stand Up."
