Vielhomonie Rhein-Ruhr is the first gay choir of Germany's Ruhr region, founded in the early 1990s in Duisburg. Around 20 singers perform entertaining revue and cabaret shows that blend singing with comedy, dance and stagecraft. Their repertoire ranges from German Schlager and operetta to international pop and classical works. The choir has given more than 120 performances across Germany and taken part in international LGBTQ+ choir festivals in cities such as Zurich, Munich, Berlin, Paris, London and Dublin. It also hosts the regional festival POTTpourri.
