Violent Vira is an English-language alternative rock and metal band fronted by lead singer Amy "Vira" Janeth Gonzalez. The group originally performed simply as Vira, named after its singer; after a legal dispute with a band of the same name, the word "Violent" was added to the name. Their debut album "Lover of a Ghost" was released on 14 November 2025 on the label Mom+Pop Music.
