Völkerball is a Rammstein tribute band founded in 2008 in Koblenz, Germany, named after Rammstein's 2006 live album of the same name. Performing under the motto "A Tribute to Rammstein", the band plays exclusively Rammstein songs live and closely mirrors the original's stage show with pyrotechnics, costumes and stage decoration. Its members are professional musicians and music educators, with a lineup including vocalist René Anlauff and guitarist Tobias Kaiser. In 2013, the band's original compositions were moved to the separate project Heldmaschine. Völkerball performs regularly across Rhineland-Palatinate, North Rhine-Westphalia, Lower Saxony and eastern Germany, including festivals such as Rock in Bad Ems.
