About
Walter “Waldi” Lehnertz (born 1967 in Prüm-Weinsfeld) is a German art and antiques dealer. He gained nationwide fame through the ZDF show “Bares für Rares,” having been part of its dealer team since the first season in 2013. His trademark is opening bids of 80 euros, which earned him the nickname “80-Euro-Waldi.” He runs the business Waldi’s Eifel Antik and is also active as a painter and book author.
