Audimax Universität Bochum

Universitätsstraße 150, Bochum

The Audimax (Auditorium Maximum) at Ruhr-Universität Bochum seats around 1,750 people, making it the largest lecture hall in Germany and the architectural centerpiece of the campus. Beyond lectures, the hall also hosts concerts, award ceremonies and congresses, and features a Klais organ with roughly 4,000 pipes. The „Ruhr-Universität“ stop on the U35 campus tram line is just a short walk away, about ten minutes from Bochum's main station.
