Classic Remise Düsseldorf at Harffstraße 110a occupies a former steam-locomotive roundhouse built in 1929–1931, which stood empty for decades before the current owners took it over from Deutsche Bahn in 2005 and had it converted by architects RKW; it reopened in September 2006. Today the building brings together classic-car workshops and dealers, a permanent exhibition of valuable vehicles in glass display boxes, a restaurant and event spaces. Admission is free, with opening hours Monday to Saturday 8 a.m.–11 p.m. and Sundays/holidays 10 a.m.–11 p.m.
