Am Rennbahnpark, Neuss

The Globe Theatre in Neuss is a reconstruction of Shakespeare's London Globe that has stood since 1991 on the grounds of the Neuss racecourse, at Hammer Landstraße 2. The twelve-sided wooden building, recognisable by its black-and-white shutters, seats over 500 people and is the main venue of the annual Shakespeare Festival Neuss, which draws around 15,000 visitors. It can be reached by tram line 709 to the Stadthalle/Museum stop, about a seven-minute walk from there.
