The Neanderkirche on Bolkerstraße is Düsseldorf's oldest Protestant church, standing right in the heart of the old town. Alongside regular services, it hosts organ concerts – on Wednesday evenings throughout summer with free admission – as well as festive cantata services, ecumenical vespers, and jazz church events. It functions both as a place of worship and as a regular concert venue in the Altstadt.
