About Santiano

Santiano is a German band from the northern state of Schleswig-Holstein whose songs mainly revolve around seafaring themes. Their music blends rock, Irish folk, sea shanties and schlager, a style their record label calls shanty rock. The band's name is taken from the Hugues Aufray song of the same name.

About SparkassenPark

The SparkassenPark — originally built as a field hockey park — sits in Mönchengladbach's Nordpark right next to Borussia-Park. Today its programme features open-air concerts by international stars and sporting events.
