About Simply Red

Simply Red are an English pop and soul band from Manchester, formed in the mid-1980s around singer and songwriter Mick Hucknall. The name comes from Hucknall's nickname "Red", a nod to his hair colour, and he is the only original member still in the band.

About SparkassenPark

The SparkassenPark — originally built as a field hockey park — sits in Mönchengladbach's Nordpark right next to Borussia-Park. Today its programme features open-air concerts by international stars and sporting events.
