Black Label Society is an American heavy metal band formed in Los Angeles in 1998 by guitarist and vocalist Zakk Wylde, best known as Ozzy Osbourne's longtime guitarist. The band blends heavy metal, southern rock, and groove metal, and has released twelve studio albums to date. Its sound centers on Wylde's distinctive pinch-harmonic-heavy guitar style and gritty vocals. Black Label Society continues to tour and record, with "Doom Crew Inc." (2021) among its recent releases.
