Dead Meadow is an American rock band formed in Washington, D.C. in 1998. Their sound blends psychedelic rock with heavy, hypnotic stoner-rock riffs and dreamy, reverb-laden vocals. Led by guitarist and singer Jason Simon and bassist Steve Kille, the band has released numerous albums and toured internationally over the years. Their retro-psychedelic style has made them one of the notable acts in the modern psych-rock scene.
