Der Physiopath is the stage persona of Frederic Newnham, a state-certified physiotherapist and qualified osteopath who runs a practice on the outskirts of Berlin. Drawing on more than two decades of clinical experience, he blends medical expertise with comedy and cabaret, having first gained a following through his health-focused clips on TikTok and Instagram. Since 2023 he has toured German-language stages with full-length live programmes such as "Du bist Deine beste Medizin!" and "Machen Sie sich bitte frei!". With dry irony, everyday tips and hands-on treatment gags, he dissects the relationship between body, mind and the healthcare system.
