Haute & Freddy are an American alternative pop duo from Los Angeles, made up of vocalist Michelle Buzz ("Haute") and drummer/percussionist Lance Shipp ("Freddy"). Both worked as pop songwriters in Los Angeles before debuting as a duo in late 2024 with the singles "Scantily Clad" and "Anti-Superstar". Their music blends '80s-inspired synth-pop with a theatrical vintage-circus aesthetic, their stage personas cast as 18th-century runaway carnival performers. In early 2026 they signed to Atlantic Records and released their debut album "Big Disgrace" in March 2026. Their live shows are known for featuring clowns, acrobatics and stilt-walkers, and their fanbase is nicknamed "the Royal Court".
