About

Marco Mezquida is a Spanish pianist, born on 11 March 1987 in Maó on Menorca. Trained in classical and contemporary music, he specialises in improvisation and draws on jazz, free jazz, pop and flamenco. He has taken part in more than fifty recordings and has performed in over thirty countries. He works as a soloist as well as in his own trios and in collaborations with musicians from the jazz and flamenco scenes.
