About

Menachem Har-Zahav is an American-born concert pianist who has lived in Germany since 1998. His life at the piano began at the age of four, and he gave his first public concert at seven. He earned a Master's degree in Piano Performance from Central Missouri State University and taught as an Assistant Professor and Head of the Piano Department at the University of Arkansas-Pine Bluff, among other posts. Today he devotes himself entirely to concert work, giving up to 60 concerts a year alongside regular CD recordings. He has made it his mission to keep the tradition of the classical solo piano recital alive, with children and young people admitted for a nominal fee.
