About

The New York Gospel Stars are a US gospel ensemble that has toured Germany regularly for nearly two decades, filling churches and concert halls from Hamburg to Munich. Led by choirmaster Craig Wiggins, the group brings together professional vocalists from New York such as Tyrone Flowers, Matia Washington, Ahmed Wallace and Alison Hill-Mitchell, backed by musicians on piano and drums. Their repertoire spans traditional and contemporary gospel, pairing spiritual messages with powerful voices and sophisticated vocal arrangements. Individual members have previously worked with artists including Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, Prince and Justin Timberlake.
