Salut Salon is an internationally renowned all-female chamber music quartet founded in Hamburg in 2002. The ensemble consists of two violinists, a cellist and a pianist, and was created by the violinists Angelika Bachmann and Iris Siegfried. Their repertoire blends classical arrangements with chansons, tango, film scores and pop music, frequently combined with humour and acrobatic movement on stage. The group tours worldwide and performs regularly at concert halls throughout Germany.
