Sarah Connor, born in 1980, is a German pop and soul singer. She rose to prominence in 2000-2001 after signing with X-Cell Records and releasing her debut album Green Eyed Soul. She followed it with a string of successful English-language albums such as Unbelievable, Key to My Soul and Sexy as Hell, scoring number-one hits including "From Sarah with Love", "Music is the Key" and "Just One Last Dance". In 2015 her first German-language project Muttersprache became her second chart-topping album after a decade. She remains one of Germany's most successful pop artists and tours regularly across the country.
