Schiller is a German electronic and instrumental music project founded in 1998 by Christopher von Deylen (initially together with Mirko von Schlieffen). The name is a reference to the poet Friedrich Schiller. The music is known for its atmospheric, ambient and trance-influenced soundscapes, frequently featuring guest vocals from well-known singers. Albums such as "Zeitgeist", "Voyage" and "Sonne" achieved high chart positions in Germany. Schiller is also renowned for elaborate live shows combining music with extensive lighting and video projections.
